| Pastor: Cynthia Method | |
|
Cindy Method and her husband moved to Hancock in January, 2009. She was ordained in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in 2000. Since then she completed one interim and spent six years at a congregation in Indianapolis, IN. Retirement and semi-retirement beckoned, triggering the move to Houghton-Hancock. Husband, Pete, a Chemist/Toxicologist, intends to continue to use his professional skills. Pastor Cindy began her ministry at Portage Lake United Church on April 13, 2009 where she serves part time. Meanwhile they both hope to “get in shape” for the many opportunities to enjoy the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula. |
